Clean accommodation, pleasant staff on check in the receptionist. Airy room with a bath. Easy and decent location of the place - 10 minutes walk from bus station. Found in a fairly nice part of the town.

The room we stayed in was modern and the bed was super comfy. However, there were lots of noisy kids around, which made it a bit chaotic. On the bright side, getting to London Luton airport only took us around 15 minutes by car! 🚗

The friendliness of the staff. The evening was very pleasurable with a very easy atmosphere. The reception staff were very friendly and helpfull.
All the tables were taken in the bar, therefore there was not enough tables to eat our bar lunch from..... It was suggested that we use the restaurant but was later told we were not allowed. My room was booked for two but only towels etc were made up for one.

Excellent location for airport and great to be able to leave the car at very reasonable rates. Makes flying from Luton a perfect option - otherwise it would not be at all attractive, as airport is a shambles! Good, clean, basic rooms and a super little restaurant - as long as you like Indian. Absolutely ideal for a couple of nights stopover.
Nothing to dislike but lack of pools, spa etc etc would not make it my choice for a holiday rental.

The food served here is affordable, and the venue is conveniently located near an airport, a restaurant, and a Spar shop.

It is near to the airport and the staff were helpful.
Some furniture needs upgrading and is very old..

Hotel staff friendly, near to airport but not under flightpath, nice to have a bath as well as shower. Cleanliness good.
Furniture due a refit as it looked tired and dated. rear of hotel was eyesore with rubbish strewn all over it, net curtains well passed sell by date and windows need cleaning. all in all though it was a pleasant enough place for an overnight stay and would stay there again.

the location is marvellous and absolutely perfect, right by the motorway. Close to the city center and a Spar shop for convenience.

I stayed to attend a family members birthday party so I found it was well postioned for that. I also found the reception staff very friendly
There was only one set of towels for a double room ! we did phone reception and they soon get us up a second set. The condition of the bathroom was poor and needs a complete refit. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable I've ever known.
